Introduction

KONSALA SUPER TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a mobile application named Konsala Cash (“App” or “Website”), which enables users to apply for personal loans (“Loan”) provided by partnered non-banking financial companies (NBFCs). The current lending partner is JAGTARNI FINANCE AND INVESTMENT PRIVATE LIMITED (“Lender”). The Lender has formally authorized us to gather, store, verify, and share your personal data, as required for loan processing, evaluation, and disbursal. This information is collected via the loan application form available within the App.

We are fully committed to respecting and safeguarding your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, handling, usage, and protection of your personal data when you use our services. We follow all applicable data protection laws and standards to ensure the confidentiality and security of your information.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

“Lender” refers to JAGTARNI FINANCE AND INVESTMENT PRIVATE LIMITED, a non-banking financial company (NBFC) with whom the Company has entered into a partnership for the purpose of loan sanctioning. The Lender is responsible for evaluating, processing, approving, and disbursing loans to customers via the Platform. The Lender’s registered office is located at F-108, Prashant Vihar, NCT of Delhi, New Delhi – 110055, India.

“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to KONSALA SUPER TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at 704, 7th Floor, Palm Court, Mehrauli, Sector 16, Industrial Estate, Gurgaon – 122007, Haryana, India.

Loan Amount: ₹2,000 to ₹70,000

Loan Duration: 120 to 180 days

Daily Interest Rate: From 0.06% per day

Processing Fees: 4%

Documentation Charges: 1%

GST: 18% (on processing fees + documentation charges)

Maximum APR: 21.9%

No membership charges or advance payments required

Loan Amount: ₹20,000

Loan Duration: 180 days

Daily Interest Rate: 0.06%

1. Total Interest:

0.06% × ₹20,000 × 180 = ₹2,160

2. Processing Fees (4%): ₹800

3. Documentation Charges (1%): ₹200

4. GST (18% of ₹1,000): ₹180

5. Total Deductions: ₹800 + ₹200 + ₹180 = ₹1,180

6. Net Disbursed Amount: ₹20,000 - ₹1,180 = ₹18,820

7. Total Repayable Amount: ₹20,000 + ₹2,160 = ₹22,160

Such as your Aadhaar and PAN card details, and biometric information (e.g., selfie photos for facial recognition).

Information obtained from credit bureaus and third-party customer service providers to assess creditworthiness.

Device and App Usage Data:

Includes your advertising identifier (ADID), approximate location, and app interaction data. ADID is used solely to measure marketing performance and is never used for personal profiling or third-party tracking.

Camera Permission

This is required for capturing images of your Aadhaar/PAN card and your selfie for digital KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Our authorized personnel may also take screenshots of your officially verified documents during the KYC process. This data is securely stored and retained for regulatory compliance and identity verification.

SMS Permission (Optional)

With your consent, we may access transactional SMS messages sent by banks or financial institutions. This data is used solely to evaluate your recent financial activity and generate a credit profile for loan assessment and fraud prevention.

We do not read or collect personal or private SMS messages unrelated to financial activity.

Approximate Location (Optional)

Used to verify your address, prevent fraudulent activity, and offer location-based loan services or personalized offers. This information is only accessed with your permission and helps improve app security and relevance.

Notification Permission

Allows us to send important alerts such as loan approval status, repayment reminders, and service updates. Disabling this may result in missing crucial account-related communications.

We only collect this data with your consent and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Collection & Usage

We use the personal and device information you provide to deliver, improve, and customize our services in a secure and lawful manner. The primary purposes for collecting and using your information include but are not limited to:

Service Fulfillment & Credit Facilitation

To establish and verify your identity through digital KYC processes.

To perform credit profiling and risk assessment, enabling us and our authorized lending partners to determine your loan eligibility.

Platform Improvement & Personalization

To monitor, enhance, and administer our mobile app and services.
